Swap Columns/Rows [Form Mode]

Besides the “Swap Columns” and “Swap Rows Order” functions, Excel Power Expander also provides a handy form mode utility for conveniently swapping two columns or two rows. Below shows a sample screen of the function:

An advantage of this “form mode” utility is that, in case two columns (or rows) are far apart, it could be difficult or time consuming for the user to select them using the mouse (as he’ll need to hold the Ctrl key while selecting and scroll across the screen.

To use this function, just enter the row numbers or column numbers (or the alphabets representing the columns) in the places provided, and click OK.
